Privacy Policy

Last updated 4 August 2026

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, purchase concert tickets, or fill out a form.

When ordering, registering, or subscribing, you may be asked to provide:

You may visit our site anonymously without providing any of this.

What do we use your information for?

Any information we collect may be used to:

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering a product or service you requested.

Text messaging (SMS)

The short version

Texts are entirely optional, separate from the email list, and one word ends them. We never share mobile numbers or text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing.

If you provide a mobile number and separately tick the consent box, you agree to receive occasional text messages from Calvin Jones and C‑JAM Ministries Inc. about concerts, ticket pre-sales, and new recordings.

When you consent, we record the date, time, and IP address of your submission, together with the wording you agreed to. We keep that record so we can demonstrate consent, and we retain it for as long as you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward.

Text messages are delivered through third-party messaging providers, which process your number solely in order to send messages on our behalf.

Email

The email address you provide when placing an order is used to send information and updates about that order. If you subscribe to our mailing list, we use your address to send concert announcements, pre-sale access, and news about new music.

Every marketing email includes unsubscribe instructions at the bottom, and unsubscribing takes a single click. Our mailing list is managed on our own self-hosted email platform rather than a third-party marketing service.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access it.

All sensitive and payment information is transmitted over Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypted into our payment gateway provider's database, accessible only to those authorized with special access rights and required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private financial information is not stored on our servers.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies, including the Facebook Pixel, to enhance site functionality, analyze traffic sources, and measure advertising performance on Meta platforms and elsewhere.

These cookies may collect IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, and actions taken such as form submissions.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not work properly as a result.

Facebook and Meta data sharing

When you interact with our website or submit forms, we share certain pseudonymized data with Meta to measure advertising performance and optimize marketing campaigns. This includes:

This data is anonymized and cannot be used to personally identify you. Meta uses it solely to track conversions from advertising, improve ad relevance, and analyze campaign performance.

You can opt out through Facebook Ad Preferences or Your Online Choices, or by disabling cookies in your browser.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep the information confidential.

We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect the rights, property, or safety of ourselves or others. Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content such as videos, images, and articles. Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you had visited that website directly.

Those websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content, including tracking that interaction if you have an account and are logged in to that site.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act compliance

We comply with the requirements of COPPA. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products, and services are directed to people who are at least 13 years old.

Online privacy policy only

This privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website, and not to information collected offline.

Changes to our privacy policy

If we change this policy, we will post the changes on this page, notify you by email where appropriate, and update the revision date at the top.
